AFTER AN INITIAL CONVERSATION TO UNDERSTAND YOUR DESIRED CHANGE(S), I WILL CUSTOMIZE A COACHING CONTRACT. I WILL SUPPORT YOU IN DEVELOPING A LEARNING AGENDA AND SUSTAINABLE BEHAVIOR CHANGE ALIGNED WITH YOUR GOALS. DURING THIS PROCESS, MY ASK IS FOR YOU TO BE VULNERABLE AND COMMITTED TO YOUR GROWTH AS YOU EMBARK ON THE JOURNEY TO ACHIEVING YOUR BEST LIFE – CRUSHING SELF-LIMITING BELIEFS AND BEING UNAPOLOGETICALLY YOU. COACHING SESSIONS CAN BE REMOTE (PHONE OR VIDEO) OR IN PERSON AND SESSIONS TYPICALLY LAST FOR ONE HOUR. WEEKLY SESSIONS TO START ARE USUALLY BEST TO QUICKLY ESTABLISH AWARENESS AND TOGETHER WE DECIDE WHAT INTERVALS WORK BEST AFTER ABOUT THREE WEEKS.
