COACH DEZ

Desiree Maya (Coach Dez) is the Founder of Born Unbreakable, a keynote speaker, a six-figure earner, and host of the Born Unbreakable Podcast. With two decades of entrepreneurial experience, she successfully challenges and inspires people to take action and believe in themselves as a part of designing a life that they genuinely love. The name Born Unbreakable was inspired from Coach Dez’s own hardships like losing her father at the age of nine, experiencing the pain and heartbreak of divorce, and supporting her mother through a series of health obstacles. She didn’t break in the face of adversity and believes everyone is born with an unbreakable spirit. Coach Dez is enthusiastic about helping people to face their fears, crush their self-limiting beliefs, and be unapologetically the unique humans they are meant to be. 

As a business consultant, certified transformational coach, and change management expert, Coach Dez applies systems and processes that keep her clients on track. With a degree in Political Science and Healthcare & Social Issues, she is an advocate of social justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Coach Dez has a kind, open-minded, and nurturing approach to helping others achieve their dreams. Since fun is one of her core values, clients embrace not taking themselves too seriously on their betterment journey with Coach Dez. When she is not consulting, coaching, or podcasting, you will find Coach Dez listening to audiobooks and true crime podcasts, busting out her best dance moves at Zumba class, or exploring real estate investments. Coach Dez is a bay area (California) native and now resides in Las Vegas, Nevada. 

DJFNA

DJFNA (Aaron Aguilar) has spent most of his life not only as a DJ but as an entertainer. He has evolved with the equipment & music and has discovered a few other talents along the way, such as, dance, producing, and being a creative director. After making his move to Las Vegas, it wasn’t long before his talents were recognized by Three 6 Mafia and DJ Paul. Becoming a touring DJ for a major recording group has allowed him to turn his talents into a brand and establish himself as an Elite DJ, producer, and performer. 

In 2017, he took his talents international by DJing in multiple countries and producing his own beats while traveling the world. Putting his talents to the test in front of different regions of the globe and getting inspiration for his music, has taken DJFNA to the next level. 

While in grade school, DJFNA took a liking to history class and was fascinated to hear the first hand experiences from grand parents and other family members of what life was like during historic eras that included wars, economics, and politics. How behaviors and decisions people made in the past impacted the present is what sparked his drive for continuous learning. While entertainment became a career, politics and economics became a daily interest. The majority of his time was spent around loud music, so car rides and downtime was a good way to keep up with world matters. 

The entertainment industry is known to be hard and harsh, however, hard work and perseverance has brought DJFNA great success and opened doors to growth opportunities in other industries such as corporate marketing, communications, & event planning, coaching, and media production.

Coach Dez’s experience provided me with the benefit of being able to work through important decisions and plans to advance our business during a radical change in order to grow. I would recommend Coach Dez for her ability to dive into important business needs, listen carefully, provide thoughtful suggestions, stay focused, and guide me strategically through tough decisions as the Executive Director.  I strongly believe that each coaching session is helping me get focused on my goals and allows me to make them happen with a clear vision because of Coach Dez. 

Desiree has found her calling and it shows throughout every level of her work.
